2020 Early Running Back Rankings

When putting together this list all I could think was "man, there are a lot of good running backs in the league." McCaffrey will be the first player drafted in 99% of all leagues and he should be. I think Elliott continues doing what he's done every year and is an easy Top 5 back. I may end up dropping Dalvin Cook down some as the offseason rolls on. I could see that backfield being split a little with Alexander Mattision. The Giants offense is my only concern with Barkley. Henry is also a tough case. He's been nothing short of amazing, but his lack of pass catches worries me. If Kareem Hunt leaves during free agency then I think Chubb could be the number 2 running back in the league. Kamara should bounce back with some positive touchdown regression. Assuming Taysom Hill vultures a few less touchdowns. Joe Mixon was great during the second half of the season and that offense will only get better with Joe Burrow under center and getting last year's first rounder Jonah Williams back. If Fournette's insane usage continues, he'll be right there. Aaron Jones is one of the tougher backs to project. Jamaal Williams is still there. I know Jones is efficient, but he's not scoring 19 touchdowns next year. I see him as more of a mid-range RB1 in 2020.
