WEEK 1 WAIVERS

FAAB amounts are intentionally minimal since it's just week 1. Save that budget for weeks 2 & 3.
1. Russell Gage - WR - ATL
      • ESPN Own % - 33.3%
      • FAAB – 0-1%
      • #2 WR on a presumably pass-heavy Atlanta team.
      2. Elijah Moore – WR – NYJ
      • ESPN Own % - 40%
      • FAAB – 0-1%
      • With Crowder likely out week 1, Moore will already see an expanded role for the Jets right out of the gate. Should emerge as the teams #2 very quick.
      3. Gerald Everett - TE – SEA
      • ESPN Own % - 9.8%
      • FAAB – 0%
      • The Seahawks only rostered 4 WR’s this year, leaving heavy target volume to fall to the teams Tight End. Russ also hyper-targets his Tight End in the redzone.
      4. Ty Johnson - RB - NYJ
          • ESPN Own % - 5.4%
          • FAAB – 0-1%
          • Somewhat of an ugly add, but possesses a unique blend of burst, acceleration, and power. May just take this backfield over. We'll find out week 1.
          5. Ty'Son Williams - RB - BAL
              • ESPN Own % - 20.1%
              • FAAB – 0-1%
              • The 1B option at Running Back in Baltimore is worth something. He’s a mere injury away from fantasy gold and may be the closest thing we get to James Robinson in 2021.
              6. Jameis Winston - QB - NO
                  • ESPN Own % - 26.5%
                  • FAAB – 0-1%
                  • Expect a ton of pass volume from Winston. And turnovers or not, he'll make up for it through the air and provides a decent floor in the run game.
                  7. Bryan Edwards - WR - LV
                      • ESPN Own % - 14.5%
                      • FAAB – 0%
                      • Everything we need to know on Edwards, we'll see in week 1. Stash and see how involved he will actually be.
                      8. Terrace Marshall - WR - CAR
                          • ESPN Own % - 20.4%
                          • FAAB – 0-1%
                          • Projects to be a high target guy in this Panther offense. But as always, practice patience with rookie WR's.
                          9. James White - RB - NE
                              • ESPN Own % - 46.1%
                              • FAAB – 0-1%
                              • Top 11 in Targets, Receptions, & Receiving Yards amongst Running Backs for the past 5 years straight. The clear 3rd down role is his yet again, get him on your team in PPR leagues.
                              10. Zach Ertz - TE - PHI
                                  • ESPN Own % - 25.7%
                                  • FAAB – 0%
                                  • Yes, it's ugly, but with a Week 1 matchup against a bad Atlanta secondary & Jalen Hurts hyper-targeting him during the offseason, he's in for a solid workload. Just 1 year removed from dominance at the Tight End position.

Other Waiver Adds (More heavily owned)

Check your waiver wire for some of these highly rostered players. They would take priority over the aforementioned players.

                                  1. Jakobi Meyers – WR – NE
                                    • ESPN Own % - 58.5%
                                    • FAAB – 1-2%
                                    • Should be Mac Jones #1 target at WR.
                                    1. Marquez Callaway
                                      • ESPN Own % - 70.9%
                                      • FAAB – 3-5%
                                      • Jameis Winston’s #1 target for the 1st 6 weeks of the year while Michael Thomas is out.
                                      1. Darnell Mooney – WR – CHI
                                        • ESPN Own % - 56.2%
                                        • FAAB – 1-2%
                                        • Highly graded WR, clearly the #2 target in Chicago.
                                      2. Philip Lindsay – RB – HOU
                                        • ESPN Own % - 51.7%
                                        • FAAB – 1-2%
                                        • Starter in Houston. Worth a stash, potential flex play this season.
                                      3. Trey Lance – QB – SF
                                        • ESPN Own % - 32.9%
                                        • FAAB – 0-1%
                                        • Stash play. Not someone you want to fight people on waivers for when his time to start comes.
